Focus Mode, on your terms

Set a default for browsing guidance, then let every task inherit it or choose its own rule.

Focus Mode is the only switch that can intercept navigation. You choose its default in Settings, and each task can follow that default, force it on or turn it off. Tasks with no configured sites always leave browsing open.

How it works

  • Set the global Focus Mode default in Settings › Focus; it starts off by default.
  • For each task, choose Global, On or Off from its configuration.
  • With Focus Mode on, a navigation outside the task's configured sites opens the Intercept Decision Panel instead of silently blocking you.
  • With it off, browsing is never blocked; the Focus Bar can still show an off-task signal and offer choices.
  • Never-intercept sites stay outside the system entirely, whatever mode or task is active.
