The panel is the dashboard, narrowed. Current task, timer, quick actions, what comes next — beside the site instead of instead of it. It ships as an in-page panel, and Chrome's native side panel remains one setting away.
How it works
- Cmd+Shift+B on macOS, Ctrl+Shift+B elsewhere, opens it from anywhere.
- In-page mode frames the panel inside the current tab; Settings › Preferences switches to Chrome's own side panel.
- Everything the dashboard can do, the panel can do: create, reorder, configure, start, finish, Free Surf.
- The in-page panel is protected by a per-tab, single-use token, so a hostile site cannot frame it and pretend to be BootTask.
