Where BootTask lives

The Web Gate

The same intentional entry point, inside Chrome, with no native app required.

Opening BootTask on a fresh session does not drop you into task administration. It shows the gate: your open tasks, the priority one detailed beside them, and a single question. Choosing is the entry, and the dashboard is one click further in when you actually want to organise.

How it works

  • Appears when you open BootTask with open tasks and no running session — or with one running, offering to continue it.
  • Plain tasks are grouped by folder; projects get their own section with their next unfinished subtask.
  • The selected task shows its duration, its sites and its notes before you commit.
  • Free Surf and Check my email are offered as named alternatives, because they are legitimate answers.
  • Open Dashboard leaves the gate for the full interface whenever you want it.
