A project is a container with context. It holds a title, general instructions that apply to every subtask, and an ordered list of tasks. Only tasks can be started and timed — a project is never active itself, it just tells you what comes next and how far along you are.
How it works
- Create a project with a title, its general instructions, and a first batch of subtasks — one per line.
- Continue project starts the next unfinished subtask, so you never have to hunt for your place.
- A progress readout shows how much of the project is done; a completed project says so plainly.
- Promote an existing task into a project, or detach a subtask back into the flat list, without losing its history.
- Reorder subtasks inside the project, and reorder the projects themselves from the Projects tab.
- Clear the project's finished subtasks in one action when the done pile stops being useful.
- Deleting a project asks the real question: delete the project only and keep its tasks, or delete both.
